Circle of Care
A private app for trusted friends coordinating gentle check-ins. The supported person controls what is shared.
Immediate danger
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now. Circle of Care supports coordination; it is not emergency response, therapy, medical care, or crisis counselling.
What the app does
- Daily check-ins with consent-led sharing.
- Trusted friend rotation so one person checks in each day.
- A shared care timeline for messages, calls, visits, and unsuccessful contact.
- Possible concern patterns shown as gentle coordination cues, not diagnoses.
Privacy Policy
No public feeds. No hidden monitoring. Mood, alcohol status, notes, pattern review, emergency alerts, and circle visibility are controlled by the supported person.
The app collects account details such as name, email address, and user ID so people can sign in and invite trusted circle members. It also stores private app content such as check-ins, optional notes, alcohol status, care actions, invite status, and circle messages when users choose to add them.
This information is used for app functionality only. It is linked to the signed-in account, is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to track people across other apps or websites.
The current app does not collect precise location. Users may choose whether urgent messages mention that location sharing was allowed, but the app does not request device location.
Users can delete their account from inside the app. Deletion removes the Supabase Auth account and associated app records that are not required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
